Garry B. Nixon wrote the chapter on the history of land value taxation in Canada in Land Value Taxation Around the World, Robert V. Andelson, ed, 2000. A dedicated Georgist since reading Albert Jay Nock at age 19, Mr. Nixon maintains tax consulting offices in both Vancouver British Columbia and Cork City Ireland.
